TechGov Agency is seeking qualified vendors for the supply and installation of IT infrastructure across our three new regional offices. The goal is to establish a robust, secure, and scalable network environment that supports our growing workforce.
The scope of work includes the procurement of workstations, servers, networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls), and peripheral devices. The selected vendor will also be responsible for the initial configuration and testing of all hardware to ensure seamless integration with our existing central systems.
Key deliverables include:
- Supply of 150 High-Performance Workstations (Dell/HP/Lenovo specs attached).
- Installation of Local Area Network (LAN) cabling and Wi-Fi Access points.
- Setup of a secure server room with backup power solutions (UPS).
- 3-year on-site warranty and support for all supplied hardware.

No, this is a turnkey project. Vendors must submit a proposal for the entire scope, including workstations and networking. Consortiums are allowed.
